Global Trade House primarily provides digital education and consultancy services. This policy describes how we deliver those digital services and, where applicable, any physical items (printed certificates, study kits, branded merchandise) you may purchase from us.

Online courses, mentor sessions, downloadable templates, recordings and certificates are delivered electronically through your account on eximgth.com.
Digital certificates are issued automatically within 48 hours of completing the programme requirements (lessons + assignments + minimum attendance). They are downloadable as a verifiable PDF from your dashboard and carry a public verification URL on /verify.
When you order a physical item (e.g. printed certificate, hard-copy study kit, branded merchandise) we ship via reputable logistics partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post or equivalent). Standard timelines:
Tracking details are emailed once the package is dispatched. Delivery times are indicative and can be affected by weather, customs, festivals or carrier strikes — we are not liable for delays attributable to the carrier.
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Most digital deliveries are free. International shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes (if levied) are payable by the recipient.
If a courier returns a package to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship. The re-shipping cost will be charged to you. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
In the unlikely event of a platform outage that disrupts your access, we’ll communicate the issue via email and the /news page. Cohort calendars are extended to compensate for material outages.
